Contract | Full-Time | Days (Monday–Friday with one weekend day on-call rotation) | Onsite / Field-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across an assigned geographic territory
• Complete OASIS assessments accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and compliance standards
• Manage a caseload based on completed visits, with a target of 25 or more visits per week
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Complete required orientation modules during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license (candidates with a pending CA license who have applied at time of submission will be considered)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• OASIS experience required
• Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to adhere to timely communication and documentation requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior home health experience strongly preferred; candidates without home health experience will be considered
• Familiarity with home health compliance standards and documentation workflows
