About the Role We're looking for a Medical Assistant to support our providers and deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in to checkout. This role is hands-on — assisting with treatments, prepping rooms, managing patient flow, and helping our clients feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of every step of the way. What You’ll Do Room and prep patients for treatments (injectables, laser, skin, and wellness services) Assist providers during procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room Take patient histories, vitals, and photos as needed Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation Sterilize and manage medical equipment and supplies per protocol Support front desk and scheduling flow during busy periods Help maintain inventory of medical and treatment supplies Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment What We’re Looking For Medical experience preferred (MA certification, CNA, EMT, or similar background a plus) Strong interpersonal skills — warm, professional, and comfortable talking with patients Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a constantly evolving schedule Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of responsibilities A team player who’s willing to jump in wherever needed Genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness Aligns with our core values: Team, Time, True Why Renova A fun, supportive team environment where everyone backs each other up Opportunity to grow within a dedicated, purpose-driven practice Hands-on experience across injectables, laser, skin, and wellness treatments Employee treatment discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr Renova Medical Co.
