What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and scheduling changes
• Coordinate daily technician schedules and route adjustments
• Maintain accurate customer records and job information
• Assist with outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Support office operations and team members as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus but not required
