Responsibilities as a Director of Rehabilitation include leading a team of compassionate clinicians who help patients get well. You will oversee all rehab services in your facility, support your team by providing direct patient care, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred. You must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing is required. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary. The ability to make independent decisions and problem solve appropriately is essential. Thorough knowledge of all state practice acts is required. The ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public is necessary. The ability to effectively manage/motivate staff is required. Posted salary range is USD $70,720.00 - USD $114,400.00 /Yr.
