Roxanne Jones State Farm is seeking an organized, outgoing, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Receptionist / Sales Support Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in developing a long-term career in customer service, sales, and the insurance industry.

No insurance licensing is required to start. This role is designed for someone eager to learn, grow professionally, and eventually transition into a future sales opportunity within our agency.

As a key member of our office, you will help create a welcoming customer experience while supporting daily operations and assisting with customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone
• Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and office communications
• Assist with customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
• Provide responsive customer service and follow up on customer needs
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with licensed team members for insurance needs
• Support office organization, outreach efforts, and administrative projects
• Collaborate with team members to help create a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting sales conversations
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
