This position will be responsible for managing our clinics in Blountstown, Bristol, Marianna, Port St. Joe, Malone, and Youngstown, Florida. Responsibilities Provide operational leadership and oversight for assigned medical clinic operations to support efficient service delivery, patient access, and organizational goals. Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient experience. Collaborate with clinical leadership to support the delivery of high-quality patient care and achievement of organizational quality goals. Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources. Monitor provider productivity, staffing utilization, scheduling effectiveness, and operational performance to maximize efficiency and patient access. Recruit, lead, develop, and evaluate operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, HIPAA requirements, and quality initiatives. Support risk management, patient safety, infection prevention, and emergency preparedness activities within assigned operations. Monitor patient satisfaction and patient access metrics and implement strategies to improve service delivery and patient experience. Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, quality measures, and departmental performance outcomes. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives designed to improve operational effectiveness, patient outcomes, and organizational performance. Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, Quality, and other departments to support operational goals and organizational initiatives. Participate in strategic planning, service expansion, program development, and organizational growth initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare organizations, and external stakeholders as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. Required Skills/Abilities Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, including patient access, scheduling, staffing, workflow management, quality initiatives, and operational best practices. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, productivity management, financial analysis, and operational performance improvement. Knowledge of applicable federal and state healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, HIPAA requirements, and quality improvement principles. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage employees, providers, leadership, patients, community partners, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive organizational performance. Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to develop and implement effective operational solutions. Ability to lead organizational change, manage competing priorities, and adapt to evolving operational and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, healthcare technology platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and data reporting tools. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments to support organizational goals and service excellence. Commitment to patient-centered service, operational excellence, and continuous quality improvement. Regular and predictable onsite attendance. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible healthcare operations experience, including at least three (3) years in a leadership role. Experience managing multi-site healthcare operations, operational performance, staffing, budgets, and process improvement initiatives preferred. Experience working in a community health center, ambulatory care, multi‑specialty practice, or similar healthcare environment preferred.
