Overview Salary: $48,000 to $60,000 D.O.E. | Job Description: C-store Manager | Reports to: District Manager | Hours: Full Time Managers are accountable for leading profitable operations of their store. Managers are responsible for executing the focal points of the store, which include: Customer Service, Stock, Store appearance, and staffing of the store. Responsibilities Create a user-friendly experience. Manage your staff to excel and grow in any role while anticipating staffing needs both short-term and long-term. Personalize recognition and appreciation to reinforce a "team-first" mindset. Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits). Qualifications 2 or more years of retail experience, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store. 1 year or more of management experience in a retail environment of at least 5-10 employees. Flexible hours - including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid Driver's License. Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office. Benefits PTO. Health/Dental.
