Job Title: Avionics Technician Job Description
We are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to support contracts involving phase maintenance and resets on CH-47s, UH-60s, and SH60s. Candidates with experience in modifications, installations, and troubleshooting will excel in this role. The ability to route, run, and terminate wires is essential.
Responsibilities

• Perform avionics modifications and installations on military helicopters such as CH-47s, UH-60s, and SH60s.
• Conduct phase and depot level maintenance.
• Route, run, and terminate wires accurately.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Engage in troubleshooting and repairs of avionics systems.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of experience in avionics.
• Experience with AH-65, CH-47, or UH-60 helicopters is highly preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Experience with crimping and pinning wires.
• Proficient in routing and terminating wires.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Military helicopter experience is considered valuable.
• Fixed wing experience is acceptable with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Crimp and pin experience is required.

Work Environment
Work in an air-conditioned facility with a 40-hour workweek and potential for overtime. The position is a first shift role, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. No tools are required for this role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
