Commercial Flat RooferWe are seeking a skilled commercial flat roofer assist in the fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal products, systems, and structures. Working on commercial and industrial construction, including new construction, renovations, and remodels.ResponsibilitiesAssist in installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systemsInspect re-roofing and related roofing work during progress and upon completionPerform infrared and thermal inspections of roofing systems to determine water infiltrationMaintains maintenance and roof system warranty logs and meets with bonding company representatives regarding roofs under warrantyPerforms related as requiredHoursMonday to Friday - 6:30am-4pm (hours may vary depending on project)Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
