Summary Job Description: Seeking Registered Nurse WOW! Baptist Health Floyd, 2BCE Intermediate Part-time (24 Hours Weekly), Days (7am-7pm) Weekend Only Work (WOW) Benefit Eligible $$ Sign On Bonus Eligible for Experienced Applicants Only! $$ Self-Scheduling! Job Duties: In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. About the Unit: The 2nd floor Intermediate Unit is a 34-bed unit specializing in Progressive Care (PCU) or intermediate nursing . With nurse-to-patient ratios (4:1) , our team provides high-quality care to adult patients with complex medical needs. Our unit is composed both experienced and new graduate nurses; we work as an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient centric care. Position/Opportunity Highlights: Self-Scheduling Work every weekend and receive PREMIUM PAY for WOW shifts. Qualifications: Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
