Senior Technical Talent Sourcer - Build Nuclear Tech Team

Radiant

Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based startup building portable nuclear microreactors, is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to own the top of the funnel and build strategic pipelines for engineers and operators. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design sourcing strategies that attract the best talent in the industry. This role offers the opportunity to shape Radiant’s team as it scales, with a focus on sourcing hard-to-find candidates and running #J-18808-Ljbffr Radiant
