Location: Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab Center, Lebanon, IL

Schedule: Must be willing to work every other Saturday!

In this role, you will assist residents with daily care needs while safely transporting them to appointments and supporting their overall comfort and well-being. Your Role:

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
• Assist RNs and LPNs with resident care and daily living needs within CNA scope of practice
• Safely transport residents to medical appointments and other approved destinations
• Support resident comfort, safety, and well-being during transportation and care activities
• Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
• Assist with resident transfers and mobility as needed
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation as required
• Support a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Who We're Looking For:

• Current Illinois CNA certification required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office preferred
• Dependable, organized, and flexible team player
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passionate about providing compassionate care and support to residents
