BVHS CRNA Opportunity at Blanchard Valley Health System in Findlay, NW Ohio Practice autonomy and work/life balance , ability to choose types of cases, self-scheduling, no call, 8, 10 or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time. Team support and collaboration with experienced and supportive staff and local administration, full complement of medical and surgical specialties, option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery or a combination. CRNA Compensation – W2 Hospital-Employed (40 hours/week) Base Salary $300,000 Signing/Student support $100,000 (over 1-5 years) Paid Time Off 368 hours (8 weeks’ vacation, 6 traditional holidays) Dues/CME/Board Certification $4,000/yr Overtime $225/hr On-Call Rate/Night Findlay & Bluffton Hospitals $250/night On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Hospital $1200/day On-Call Rate/Weekend Day Findlay Bluffton $800/day Vacation Payout 120hrs @hrly rate 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2) Sick Time Accrual 600hrs (FT: 4hrs/pay, PT: 2hrs/pay) Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + Malpractice.
