Job Type: Only Fulltime
Expected salary : $100k
Reston VA
Leads testing during application analysis, test strategy development, test case creation, test script development, test execution, defect tracking and reporting. Also expected to contribute towards evolving Testing CoE. The candidate may also be required to train end users Skills:
Prior experience and expertise with Testing Center of Excellence strategy and transformation.
Expertise in testing Web, SOA/WS, backend applications.
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall software development models.
Expertise in testing methodologies and process.
Expertise in project management tools; HP ALM, Rally, JIRA. Strong SQL skills in Oracle. Strong Unix and Windows skills. Experience in applying test automation.
Experience in applying ATDD/BDD, Gherkin. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills. Management experience leading multiple projects. Education/Work Experience:
1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
2) 15+ years of testing experience, setting requirements, test protocols and Analyzing results; has participated in projects of similar scope and complexity. 2+ years leading testing efforts.
