Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for evening shift at a 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Ishpeming, Michigan. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, resident-centered care and supporting the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan
