You ensure guests enjoy a seamless, exciting, and memorable gaming experience while supporting the Slot Shift Manager with daily operations. Your presence, service, and attention to detail help bring Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service to life. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Protect company assets and maintain a secure gaming environment Assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positive leadership Monitor the operation and performance of assigned slot machines Pay manual jackpots accurately and efficiently Replenish ticket printer paper and ensure machines remain operational Exchange currency for guests as requested Interact with players to create a fun, engaging gaming experience Identify and greet guests actively playing machines Inform guests of the benefits of joining the Players Club Direct guests to ATMs, Ticket Redemption machines, and other amenities Maintain clean, organized, and well‑kept slot areas Support the Slot Shift Manager with floor functions as assigned Exhibit Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service at all times Must be available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays What You Will Need Must be 21+ to work in this position Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast ‑ paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with guests Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, push, or move up to 25 lbs as needed Previous slot or casino experience preferred Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability High school diploma or equivalent required Previous slot, gaming, or guest service experience preferred Must possess and maintain applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or license(s), if required Must be able to effectively communicate in English Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Be Part of Something Legendary If you’re ready to elevate guest experiences, bring energy to the casino floor, and grow your career with a company that invests in you, we’d be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.
