Join Our Team as an Obstetric and Gynecologic Hospitalist

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetric and Gynecologic Hospitalist to become part of our dedicated team of physicians in the Rockford, Illinois area.

Opportunity Overview:

• Employment Type: Full-time, hospital-employed position
• Work Environment: 100% inpatient care
• Shift Schedule: Eight 24-hour shifts per month
• Responsibilities: Cover labor and delivery, including cesarean sections, along with inpatient rounding and discharging
• Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options available
• Collaboration: Partner with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists at the Northwest Regional Perinatal Center and Level III NICU
• Referral Sources: Access to extensive multi-subspecialty referral options on-site
• Technology: Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Records

Qualifications:

• MD/DO, board-certified or board-eligible
• A minimum of two years of inpatient experience required
• Completion of residency from an ACGME-accredited program
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A genuine passion for improving patient lives
• Expertise in delivering exceptional patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $180.00
• Coverage for CME, malpractice insurance, and licensure fees
