Accounting Clerk Category
Accounting/Finance Description Summary Support the day-to-day financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Enter and verify data in accounting software
- Assist with month-end preparation
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries
- Perform general administrative and reception tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in accounting preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Experience with ERP (e.g., Epicor/Kinetics) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
