Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to join a high-performing enterprise technology organization supporting a diverse portfolio of infrastructure initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager early in their PM career who has successfully managed multiple concurrent projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant project turnover. The successful candidate will own projects from initiation through implementation, partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and requirements gathering through execution, deployment, and project closeout. Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects with varying priorities, timelines, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk logs, status reports, and project documentation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved. Facilitate effective communication across technical teams, leadership, and business partners. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Drive change management activities and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project execution. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of Project Management experience managing technology or infrastructure-focused projects. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery. Solid understanding of infrastructure fundamentals, including servers, networking, databases, operating systems, and enterprise environments. Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and shifting timelines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting infrastructure-focused initiatives such as: Cloud deployments and migrations Windows and Linux (RHEL) environments Data center migrations Infrastructure modernization programs Application and platform migrations Business Analyst experience supporting technology or infrastructure projects. PMP certification or progress toward PMP certification.
