Asset Management Lead

Daily Responsibilities:Monitor onboarding kit inventory and coordinate with internal teams to maintain proper stock levelsWork with procurement and fulfillment to move and document inventory accuratelyCoordinate with 3PL to support daily onboarding kit shipments, including:Individual login credentialsOrder lists and end-of-day recapsFlagging issues to the teamMaintain documentation of asset movementsTroubleshoot or escalate imaging issuesGenerate orders for full kit replacementsWeekly Responsibilities:Provide inventory updates across locations to senior and executive leadershipSupport reporting processes such as: Procurement, AP, Fulfillment & Inventory WBRManaged Hardware Model & 2024 ForecastEquipment reporting scorecardShare lists of unreturned equipment with the Billing teamCommunicate ongoing priorities and needs with 3PLMonthly Responsibilities:Submit asset movement summaries and on-hand inventory reports to FinanceDeactivate unused dongles to reduce costOngoing Responsibilities:Respond to sales and account management escalations related to onboarding equipmentUnblock stalled shipments and troubleshoot related issuesLead efforts to streamline and improve asset tracking processesProvide historical data on equipment usage and movement to leadership and FinanceEnsure cost efficiency in equipment deploymentMaintain and update SOPs for imaging, kitting, and recordkeepingHireQuest does not discriminate on the basis of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or other legally protected group status in making hiring or employment decisions.We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, industries, and abilities to join our team.
