About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 1996 and currently lead a team of three. My career with State Farm began in 1986 as an auto claims representative, giving me decades of experience helping customers and building strong relationships within the community. I attended Lander University and have lived in the same community as my office for nearly 40 years. I truly love the area and value the relationships and connections built over the years. I stay involved locally through my church and by supporting the Rock Hill School Foundation. Being part of the community and giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, PTO, holiday pay, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Role Description

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rob Joiner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
