What Sets Hand & Stone Apart: Innovation: Hand & Stone provides high quality, results-driven facial treatments in a supportive environment. Our skincare menu includes the latest advancements in skincare including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, DiamondGlow, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Expertise and Growth: Our estheticians elevate their skills through comprehensive services and product training, as well as development opportunities through Hand & Stone's Elite Esthetic Program. Advanced Modalities and Continued Training: Through partnerships with leading skincare brands such as Image and Dermalogica we're able to offer continuing opportunities to certify as modality and brand experts. Results Driven: Through educating clients, regular appointments, and post treatment product recommendations, our estheticians help clients discover the difference facials and everyday skincare can make. Roles and Responsibilities: Must be a Licensed Esthtician in Pennsylvania. Must hold Esthetic Liability Insurance. Ability to provide excellent customer care by performing top-level services with a friendly and helpful attitude. Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the clients' skincare goals. Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars assigned by spa management. Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management. Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships. Maintain professionalism at all times.
