Description Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case-related matters. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and document preparation. Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and other case evidence. Prepare trial binders and assist attorneys during trial proceedings. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Profile A successful Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal should have: A strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
