Begin your trucking career in Terre Haute, Indiana, with a company that invests in new drivers. If you have recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for the experience needed to succeed, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition to your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. Training will cover:

• Safe driving and trip planning

• Communication with dispatch
• The daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

• Valid Class A CDL

No previous driving experience is required. Starting your first trucking job can feel overwhelming, so you will receive guidance throughout the mentor program. The program is designed to help you gain real-world experience, ask questions, and build confidence before operating as a solo driver.
