we are looking for Nurse Practitioner with advanced Tele-health capabilities. experience / independent contractor

We are looking for that special provider that enjoys building an ongoing relationship with their patients and seeing the long term results.

You must be an experienced provider who is looking for a long-term or permanent position. Someone who is passionate about the possibilities and want to partner in seeing the clinic grow and expand.

Many of our patients are referred by area physicians. Obesity rates are high in surrounding communities. We provide a healthy and practical program for both the insured and uninsured patient. SI accepts most major insurances.
