Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Responsibilities Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the network (as part of mobile wound care practice). Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Visit facilities within a 40 – 60 mile radius of practice location; typically 2-3 facilities per day; treat approximately 20-30 patients per day. Operate with real-time, point-of-care clinical documentation during rounds using the proprietary wound-specific EMR. Receive paid onboarding training and a 6-month wound care fellowship during onboarding.
