Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in accordance with facility protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
• Accurately document patient assessments, care plans, and clinical outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and deliver high-quality critical care
• Adhere to all compliance, background check, and facility-specific standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license, verified within the last 30 days, with no hits on record
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with smart room technology or advanced clinical care environments
• Experience working in a high-volume, acute care community hospital setting
