- Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
- Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education
- Current RN license in the state of Montana
- Experience in an emergency department or critical care setting preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care needs
