MLR has been tasked by one of our regional clients to recruit Emergency Department Nurses for their expanding team. We are currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join a hospital near Pryor. In this role, you will provide outstanding care to patients facing medical and traumatic emergencies, collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Summary

• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
• Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Montana
• Experience in an emergency department or critical care setting preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care needs
