Packaging Mechanic – $32.19/hr + Shift Premium | Old Fort, OH

Keep America's favorite brands moving. We need a skilled Packaging Mechanic to keep our high-speed lines running strong, at our Old Fort, OH facility.

Schedule & Pay

• $32.19/hour + shift premium after training
• Tue 3:00pm–11:30pm | Fri & Sat 7:00pm–7:30am | Sun 7:00pm–3:30am

What You'll Do
Maintain, time, and repair pack lines, palletizers, stretch wrappers, and conveying equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (PLCs included), perform preventive maintenance, fabricate parts, rebuild motors/pumps, and lead fast changeovers for vertical startups.

What You Bring

• HS Diploma/GED
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• 2+ years mechanical experience with solid electrical background
• Basic welding & machining skills (lathe, mill, drill press, band saw)
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical blueprints
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Flexibility for weekends and varying shifts
