Sales Administrative Assistant

Family owned and operated since 1980, Scosche is committed to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.The Sales Administrative Assistant provides administrative and customer support to the Sales Department by processing orders, maintaining customer information, coordinating product setup and shipments, preparing reports, and supporting assigned customer accounts. ($23.00 - $27.00 per hour).Essential FunctionsProcess customer orders and verify product availability.Monitor and process EDI orders.Coordinate sample requests and shipments.Complete customer new-item setup documentation.Maintain customer pricing, account files, and reports.Process customer returns.Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.Enter shipping information into customer portals.Provide reception/telephone coverage as needed.Participate in meetings, training, and other duties as assigned.QualificationsThree to five years of administrative or sales support experience preferred.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Google.Experience with QAD or similar ERP systems preferred.Experience with EDI and customer portals preferred.Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentPrimarily an office position requiring frequent computer and telephone use, sitting for extended periods, occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, stair climbing, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
