Total earnings: $185,000-$200,000 (base + bonus)

Licensed PMHNP (active CO license) + DEA eligibility
2+ years post-licensure experience
Prior clinical leadership or supervision experience

About the Role

You'll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes ~10-16 hours/week of patient care , with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs .
What You'll Do

Provide outpatient psychiatric care (in-person + telehealth)
Supervise and coach psychiatric clinicians
Drive performance (quality, utilization, patient outcomes)
Lead onboarding, chart reviews, and performance management
Partner with therapy leadership to support integrated care
Implement clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
