Documentation ManagementMaintain and update the Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation, including: Environmental policiesProcedures and work instructionsLegal and compliance registersAspects and impacts assessmentsEnsure version control and accessibility of documents across sites.Compliance & GovernanceMonitor regulatory changes and ensure EMS documentation reflects current legal requirements.Support sites in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections or inquiries.Continuous ImprovementAnalyze audit trends and performance metrics to identify systemic issues.Recommend and implement improvements to EMS processes and documentation.Facilitate training and awareness programs on ISO 14001 and environmental compliance.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with site EHS teams, operations, and corporate sustainability groups.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and environmental coordinators.Communicate audit outcomes and EMS updates effectively to all levels of the organization.
