Compass Health Network is looking for a Community Support Specialist to join our team in Harrisonville. This full-time role focuses on supporting adults in their journey toward mental health recovery through personalized, community-based services. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in achieving their recovery goals and coordinating with healthcare providers.
