What You Will Do:

Build Your Enterprise: Learn the life insurance space from the ground up and build your own independent book of business.

Execute High-Velocity Outbound Workflows: Utilize modern digital prospecting stacks, dynamic communication infrastructure, and structured daily pipelines.

Meet Strict Accountability Metrics: Operate within a high-performance environment where daily output, conversion metrics, and operational discipline dictate your success.
