IT Support (Infrastructure)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Windows Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality support to our internal teams. Responsibilities s:Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performanc e.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows infrastructur e.Implement and manage security measures to protect the infrastructure from vulnerabilitie s.Collaborate with cross functional teams to support infrastructure related projects and initiative s.Document processes, procedures, and configurations for infrastructure managemen t.Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for infrastructure need s.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end user s.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure managemen t. Required Skills Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Windows Administrati on.Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 201 9).Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS manageme nt.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper V).Understanding of networking concepts and protoco ls.Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effective ly. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azu re).Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Pyth on).Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery soluti ons.Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are a p lus.
