Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist

• Deliver respiratory therapy and monitor patient progress in adult critical care settings
• Document patient care effectively within Epic systems
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Assess patient needs and adjust treatments accordingly

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications upon hire, or willingness to obtain within specified timeframes
• NBRC-RRT, RCP licensure
• Bachelor's or preferred Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
• 0-2 years of clinical experience with a minimum of 6 months in critical care
• Proficiency in Epic documentation
