Class A CDL Local Driver

Volunteer Drum LLC

Job Description

The delivery driver would make daily (sometimes multi-stop) runs, within the East Tn region, including some short runs into KY, VA, GA, NC, and AL, delivering and picking up empty barrels and drums. Most drums are loaded/unloaded loose without pallets, but they are sometimes palletized and handled by forklifts/customers. Some runs only require trailer swaps, without handling the drums.

Our trucks are single axle day cabs, pulling 28', 48' and 53' trailers.

We use electronic logs and tracking.

Other skills that might be helpful: Quality Assurance experience, truck/trailer mechanics/maintenance , general construction/building maintenance.
