Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of residential properties. This position ensures all assigned areas are cleaned to company standards while providing excellent service .

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and appliances as assigned.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure all assigned properties are secured before leaving.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with clients and coworkers.
• Complete assigned work within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
• Travel to various work locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or residential cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
