The CES team is responsible for programs that are transitioning to production, programs that are in production, and sustainment programs. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your skills supporting the continued production and sustainment of various complex analog and digital modules, submodules, and circuit card assemblies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms.Activities day to day will vary and may include:Leading and supporting the transition to production of new productsLeading the debug of complex analog and digital circuitryDriving product yield and affordability improvementsMentoring junior level engineers and techniciansAssessing design updates to existing electrical subassembliesConducting circuit analyses to assess performance impactsWorking with hardware suppliersWorking in partnership with a cross-functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter.If you are looking to be immersed in a myriad of new technical challenges, this role is for you! Take the first step towards achieving your career goals with us and apply today!Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University4+ years' experience working with analog, processor and high-speed digital circuit card assembliesAble to research and apply electrical engineering principles and theories to solve electrical engineering problems.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a team environmentExcellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability.Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the Design.Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance, Active Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED.Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsMS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited UniversityActive Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED.Experience gathering and analyzing test data to assess trends and develop yield improvement plans.Knowledge of a Digital transceiver and other complex circuit technology.Experience in clock and reset management, specifically with embedded processors, PCIe, Ethernet, 1553, SERDES, and Fiber Optic interfaces.Experience with debugging embedded systems.Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
