Pay: $30.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview

Signarama Montco is looking for an experienced, dependable Sign Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the professional installation of a wide variety of interior and exterior signage, illuminated signs, vehicle graphics, window graphics, and wall vinyl.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems in the field, take pride in the finished product, and represent Signarama professionally while working at customer locations.

Responsibilities

The Sign Installer will be responsible for:

• Installing interior and exterior commercial signage
• Installing illuminated and non-illuminated signs
• Installing dimensional letters, channel letters, wall signs, panels, and other fabricated signage
• Performing vehicle wraps and installation of vehicle lettering and graphics
• Applying window vinyl, window graphics, frosted films, and related materials
• Installing wall graphics, murals, and other large-format vinyl applications
• Reading and understanding installation drawings, measurements, and specifications
• Performing site measurements and field verification when required
• Safely using ladders, lifts, power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment
• Properly loading, transporting, handling, and protecting signs and graphics
• Troubleshooting installation challenges in the field
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, installation vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Communicating professionally with customers, project managers, designers, and production staff
• Taking completion photos and documenting finished installations
• Following company quality-control and safety procedures
• Assisting with production, preparation, or other shop responsibilities when needed

Required Experience & Skills

Candidates should have hands-on experience with commercial sign installation and be comfortable performing a variety of installation work.

Experience should include:

• Interior and exterior sign installation
• Illuminated sign installation
• Vehicle wrapping and vehicle graphics
• Window vinyl installation
• Wall vinyl and wall graphic installation
• Use of ladders and aerial lifts
• Use of common hand and power tools
• Measuring, leveling, drilling, mounting, and fastening signage to a variety of surfaces
• Working safely and efficiently at customer locations

Candidates must also be able to:

• Work independently and as part of a team
• Follow drawings, specifications, and installation instructions
• Maintain strong attention to detail
• Troubleshoot and make sound decisions in the field
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Perform physical work including lifting, carrying, climbing, bending, and working at heights
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

Compensation

$30.00–$36.00 per hour , depending on experience and capabilities.
