We are seeking New Graduate Registered Nurses to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in Florida. This role offers a supportive environment, hands-on clinical experience, and mentorship to help you grow into a confident and skilled RN.

Responsibilities

· Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting

· Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

· Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

· Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations

· Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions

· Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Qualifications

· Graduate of an accredited nursing program

· Active or pending Florida RN license

· CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

· Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

· Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
