About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Consultant with a focus on actuarial and investment solutions to join their team. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to institutional organizations, providing top-notch consulting and business development services. This role is pivotal in helping clients manage their pension plans and investment pools, and the Senior Consultant will be the go-to expert, leading large and complex projects, and offering strategic advice on actuarial, benefit, and investment strategies. A key aspect of the position is the ability to mentor team members, expand client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The role is fully remote and requires a professional with a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of relevant experience, and a commitment to ethical practices and a service-oriented mindset. Applicants for the Senior Consultant position at the company should have a professional accreditation such as ASA, FSA, FIA, or CFA (preferred), and a strong knowledge of state and federal benefits regulations. The role demands strong skills in client management, project management, and communication, as well as the ability to analyze complex issues and explain them in simple terms.
