Financial Care Agent (Early Stage Collections)

Summary The Financial Care Agent is responsible for effectively negotiating the resolution of early stage past due accounts on behalf of clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing a professional, positive, and empathetic experience to each consumer engagement, as well as adhering to all applicable company, client, and regulatory requirements. This is a call center position

Salary: $13.00 per hour (plus incentive) Can equate to approximately $14.50/hr) Remote-- We provide all equipment Needed (desktop Setup)

Training Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST (5 weeks) After Training Hours: Off 2 days during the week (Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/ Thursday)- Work Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pmAfter 6 weeks you shift bid for a chance to change schedule

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
• 6 or more months of customer service experience
• Must be able to work Saturday/Sunday (will have 2 days off during the week)
