Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: The Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, inventory management, and merchandise presentation. Model and enforce customer service standards to meet patient and community needs. Participate in community outreach programs to promote health engagement. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and safety protocols through report analysis and quality reviews. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of an accredited immunization training program. Proficiency in working with healthcare providers and analyzing data to improve patient outcomes and pharmacy performance. Ability to manage staff and oversee daily operations effectively.
