This is a part-time, center-based position. Behavior Technicians work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills while following behavior-support plans developed by our clinical team.

Starting Pay: Behavior Technicians (no RBT): $19.00/hour Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT): $20.50/hour starting, up to $24.50/hour for 4+ years experience Part-time, up to 29 hours/week with flexible scheduling based on candidate availability Hours of operation: Monday–Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM More availability increases the likelihood we can accommodate preferred shift requests.

Provide direct support to children receiving ABA services in a center-based setting Implement individualized treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA or Lead Clinician Collect accurate data during every session Collaborate with clinical team members and caregivers to support progress Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a safe environment for all clients

Required: High School Diploma (or equivalent) Experience working with children (e.g., previous ABA experience, childcare, coaching, babysitting, education) Reliable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with children with unique learning needs Preferred (not required): Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - Paid Training for candidates seeking RBT certification Experience in ABA or special education settings

Physical demands associated with this position include walking / standing for approximately 80% of the day. Active with patients, including sitting, and getting up from the floor, sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time. Ability to complete skills required for Physical Management Techniques (PMT) to safely support patients. Be able to lift 40 pounds without assistance. Operating and working on a laptop, keyboard and/or iPad. Be physically present at the assigned job location.
