Labor & Employment Attorney (Union-Side) – Hybrid Sacramento, California | Hybrid (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote) Opportunity Summary Mission Recruiting is representing a respected labor and employment law practice seeking a California-licensed Labor & Employment Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its Sacramento office. This hybrid opportunity offers meaningful work representing unions, workers, and employee benefit plans while providing transparent compensation, exceptional benefits, and long-term career growth. Attorneys with union-side labor experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with backgrounds in plaintiffs' employment law, public interest law, general litigation, or arbitration who have a demonstrated commitment to workers' rights are also encouraged to apply. Compensation Salary Range: $103,000–$136,000 , depending on experience. Additional compensation includes: Discretionary annual bonuses Profit-sharing program Student loan assistance up to $5,250 Location & Work Arrangement Sacramento, California Hybrid schedule 3 days in the office 2 days remote About the Opportunity This position offers the opportunity to advocate on behalf of unions, workers, and employee benefit plans in a collaborative, mission-driven practice. Attorneys work closely with experienced colleagues while managing meaningful legal matters across both public and private sector labor and employment issues.
