Commercial Contracts Attorney

Our client, a boutique corporate law firm focused on entrepreneurship, is seeking a senior-level Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its thriving commercial transactions practice. Experience with various commercial contracts, such as SaaS agreements, master service agreements, NDAs, franchise and licensing agreements, etc. The attorney will have significant responsibility in helping lead the firm's commercial practice.
***This role can be based in either Boston, MA or NYC.
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in MA or NY
- A combination of BigLaw and in-house experience is ideal!
- Excellent time management skills
- A collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Outstanding academics
