What You’ll Bring:

• Patience, empathy, and understanding while working with students with a variety of disabilities and learning differences
• Proficiency in both oral and written communication to partner effectively with teachers, specialists, administrators, and families
• Skill in implementing behavior support plans and positive behavior interventions consistent with district guidelines
• Experience with instructional support, including lesson adaptation and reinforcement, under the direction of certified staff
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving classroom needs and individual student situations
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and high ethical standards in all interactions
• Strong abilities in observation, recordkeeping, and progress monitoring to support data-driven decisions
• Capability to follow individualized education programs (IEPs) and help students work toward their specific goals

Role Highlights:

• Start date as soon as possible, with assignments continuing through late May 2026
• Consistent Monday through Friday schedule, averaging 30 hours per week
• Openings across K-12 grade levels, filling both 1:1 and classroom support roles
