Administer medications and treatments as needed. Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper care standards are met. Communicate openly with patients, families, and physicians. Assist with admissions, documentation, and patient education. Participate in on-call rotation, in-service education, and hands‑on care as needed. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current, unencumbered Missouri LPN license. Strong clinical skills, organizational ability, and leadership capabilities. Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team‑player mindset.
