Full details will be discussed during the interview process. What You'll Do As an LPN at Lark Springs, you'll help ensure our residents receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include: Provide direct nursing care based on each resident's individualized plan of care Administer medications according to physician orders and applicable regulations Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly Complete resident assessments and required clinical documentation Maintain and update individualized care plans Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs and changes in condition Work closely with caregivers and other team members to provide consistent, quality care Provide guidance, support, and direction to caregiving staff as needed Complete documentation and reporting accurately and on time Assist with other resident care needs as assigned What We're Looking For Current CPR certification High school diploma or GED One year of nursing experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and committed to providing excellent care Schedule Full-Time | Night Shift This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working nights and wants to be part of a community where your work and your relationships with residents matter.
